We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.


Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.


Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

Order Timeline

1. A customer places an order.

A customer selects your product, clicks the Buy button, and completes the check out process. The customer provides payment and shipping information.

2. We begins processing the order information and verifies the order.

Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours. Then we attempts to validate the customer’s payment method and order details. At this step, the order may be declined if their payment cannot be processed. In order to allow for any cancellations or for a fraud review, we hold on to the order for 8 hours before it processing.

3. We send an order to the factory.

Your order will processing and processing time depending on your ordered items, please read product’s detail.

4. Order is confirmed fulfilled

An order is confirmed fulfilled when the package receives its first tracking scan from the carrier. We will send tracking code notification to your email.

5. The customer receives the order

An order is eligible for payment as soon as the tracking carrier confirms the order as delivered.

International customs procedures

Don’t worry, the rest of your order is on the way to you. Whenever possible, we’ll deliver all items in order at the same time. However, sometimes we have to spit shipments so you can get your items faster.

Typically, if an order was submitted, verified, and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation via email.
If you have not received an order confirmation sent via email, we recommend you contact us to investigate this problem for you. It is possible that your order was unsuccessful.
Additionally, it could also be possible that the email address submitted by you was incorrect. Besides, please check your spam folder. They may be in there.

Because every day we have received a high volume of customer messages, sometimes we cannot respond to your email immediately. We’ll answer you within 1 business day. We are trying to improve our service day by day to serve you better.

We do not deliver a single order to multiple addresses. If you want to send items separately, you will need to place separate orders for each delivery address.

Yes, we do. It can take up to 45 additional days to deliver your items to APOs.
Please note that you cannot have the tracking number for orders delivered to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses because of military security reasons
